All products sold on this website are made to order through our authorised production partners. While we make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, small variations may occur due to the production process or screen display differences.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product or service without prior notice.
2. Order Process
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not signify acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once your payment has been authorised and your order has entered production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or where a product becomes unavailable.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as other payment methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store your card details.
4. Fulfilment and Delivery
All items are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted fulfilment partners. Fulfilment usually takes between 2 to 4 business days, after which the item is dispatched via a third-party courier.
Delivery times vary but generally fall within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days from purchase.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, we will replace or refund any items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition. We may request photographs to verify any claims.
